About the Agent

With most buyers finding their new home or land parcel online, we will
set you up with a personalized Client Connect site through our Multiple
Listing Service (MLS) system. Once we have discussed your needs, we will
send you properties that fit your criteria through this page so that
you are able to compare them side by side, view photos, see property
details, and even schedule a showing all from one place. As new
properties come on the market meeting your needs, they will be added to
your site and you will be notified by e-mail. Once you have identified
one or more properties of interest, we can start scheduling showings.
Depending on your availability and the geographical range of your search
area, we can schedule anywhere from one to five homes or pieces of land
in an outing. We try to keep showings to no more than five in one day
as more than that tend to be hard for buyers to absorb.
