AYO OTEGBOLA & CO. is a firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, duly registered by the Government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Boards of Nigeria, recognized as a corporate establishment by the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers to provide specialist services in real estate profession and also accredited members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors of England and Wales, a body to which all professionals in the building industry within Europe and the Commonwealth of Nations are affiliated.

The firm started its operation as Otegbola Property Consultancy and was registered with the CAC in 1994. This later transformed to Ayo Otegbola and Company for proper recognition and professionalism to meet up with the challenges of future setting standards in the field of estate surveying and valuation and allied services.

The firm has so far rendered over three (3) decades of blameless professional services in the field of Valuation, development, management, agency among others to her numerous clients which includes private individuals, corporate bodies, Government and government organizations all over the country and internationally.

AYO OTEGBOLA & CO. is one of the largest in the field of estate management profession in the country and the Principal Partner, Senator S. A. Otegbola has over 42 years experience in the real estate.
