Plan Initiative (WHPI) is flagging off yet another affordable housing initiatives in the Zuba axis of the F.C.T.
WHPI has successfully developed several housing Initiatives across the F.C.T., and Niger State, With estate
developments located at Masaka, Niger State, Kurudu and Jabi in the FCT. With a view to increase the
reach and impact of her housing schemes, the WHPI Unity Hills Residence was birth.

detached bungalow. The choice and location of purchased plots will determine the applicable prototypes
for construction.

The developer has acquired FCDA land-use approval and the infrastructure development has been
