CHUDUAK LIMITED was established in Nigeria as RC 49220 on the 25th day of August 1982 and its initial capital was upgraded to Ten Million Ordinary Shares of N1 each were fully paid up by Chief Edwin Igbokwe and Chief (Mrs.) Christy Essien Igbokwe, MFR.It was established initially to carry out businesses in the following areas*as purifiers, canners, conservers and sellers of water and water and soft drink bottlers and sellers of every description*as manufacturers of plastic containers and other products of plastic generally*as mixed farming, animal husbandry, poultry, fish, produce buyers, diaries and other related agricultural ventures*as investors in real estate including hotel business, catering services, urban and town planning*as a holding company, financial investor and thereby associating with new and existing companies in joint-investment portfolio.
