The real estate firm was formed to carry out a well detailed property management which entails rents / debts recovery, facility management, feasibility and viability studies. Kunlad Properties is a pre-eminent focused real estate consultant with a large, well balanced portfolio comprised of residential, commercial and mixed-use properties. The Company also has a small but growing portfolio of property investments in Nigeria and an interest in property development across borders.

We have Local and International Development Agreement Kunlad Properties has successfully executed property development MOU with private and public organizations Mortgages Institutions Private Development Companies Federal Ministry of Works, Housing and Urban Development Banks Property Developers Insurance Company National Housing Fund.
