Toyin Aluko and Co. (TAC) is a firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and registered by the Estate Surveying and Valuation Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) to practice the profession of real estate surveying and valuation throughout the federation.

We are well equipped with groomed and seasoned professionals versed in property market and competent in delivery of efficient and timely services to clients.

Our firm offers a wide range of professional services which include but not limited to: Valuation of land, building, plant and machinery including furniture, fixtures, fittings and equipment for mortgage, insurance, compensation, rating, balance sheet, merger and acquisition bids etc.

Property Management, which involves administration of leases including specialized services in multi-tenanted (high-rise) building as well as general property maintenance.

Real estate agency which involves letting, leasing, sales and purchase of landed properties on behalf of client, taking inventories of the landlord’s fittings and fixtures for record purposes, perfection and management of lease agreements between landlords and tenants. Project appraisal, which entails feasibility and viability appraisals on proposed projects.

Project Management, which includes coordinating other consultants (Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Engineers, etc) activities, construction management, defects liability period, etc.
