MANAGEMENT SERVICESProperty ManagementAs property managers, we seek and obtain tenants for vacant properties, negotiating and collecting rents and ensuring that tenants comply with the covenants contained in lease agreements. We also attend to tenant’s complaints like repairs and carrying out such other functions that will ensure the maximization of investor’s returns.Project ManagementOur project management team aims at delivering fully satisfying projects regarding quality, performance, timing and cost-in-use. We motivate and co-ordinate all participants to achieve project completion on programme and within budget.

As project managers, we lead the development team, coordinating the functions and activities of all other members of the team, including the main contractors.

Our services even continue after completion of the project. With the unique experience garnered from managing properties over the years, detecting design features likely to cause management and maintenance problems are easy. We are therefore, well positioned to advice against these at the design if appointed as Project Managers.

Facility ManagementThe firm in carrying out its facility management function ensures the provision and management of organizations none-core business while the organization retains overall control of expenditure and policy. We thus allow the organization to concentrate on its Core Service Area (CSA) by contracting out the running and administration of the support services which are contingent to the overall success of the operation.

The main goal of the discipline is to plan, establish and maintain an environment that effectively supports the goals and objectives of the organization in the efficient and cost effective operation, maintenance and upkeep of a built-up workplace or living space, ensuring that serviceability and functionality purposes are achieved.

ESTATE AGENCY

The Estate Agency arm of the firm consist of two sub-departments – lettings and sales.

The Lettings Unit – Assists prospective tenants to source and lease all kinds of properties. It also assists Landlords in letting or sourcing good quality tenants.

The Sales Unit – Assists individuals, organizations and corporate bodies in the disposal of or purchase of properties.
