About the Agent

Vetra Ventures Limited is an indigenous Property Development Company, incorporated on the 26th day of January 1996 as a property development and general business company but has been operating mainly in the housing sector responding to the calls for participation in solving the housing gap in Nigeria.

We are developers of various real estates such as the Divine Estate in Ibadan and other pockets of housing scheme in Lagos and Abuja. We have also involved ourselves in the promotion of some Estates in Mowe-Ofada axis, such as Golden Heritage Estate, Royal Life Estate, Covenant Garden City, Maryland Park and our current project is CRYSTAL PARK, Ofada, Ogun State.

The Company has on its leadership, Mr. Ayodeji Fifo, a seasoned Real Estate Practitioner with years of experience that cut across various continents. He has worked in the United States of America, the United Kingdom and is presently leading the team on the Crystal Park project.

Crystal Park is a unique modern, residential estate conceived for the middle income earners and the elite with 3 (Three) different product packages. It is an estate where owners of holdings could be in Silver, Gold and or Platinum Garden. It would be finished to the promised infrastructural facilities backed up by good and genuine title.
