About the Agent

We are a firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers registered with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) to practice the profession of real estate surveying and valuation throughout the federation. We have a clear vision to provide professional services to our clients in a uniquely responsive manner.

The firm commenced business in Lagos in 2001; but clients’ demand had necessitated our opening other offices in various parts of the country. We are, therefore, now operating from 4 main branches, namely Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt and Enugu.

We have been involved in a wide range of consultancy jobs for both public and private sector clients; and in particular, we have undertaken a whole lot of property/asset valuation jobs for various purposes. We are currently retained by several commercial banks and corporate organizations for valuation purposes.
