Messrs Wole Akinwale & Co. - is a professional firm of Estate Surveyors & Valuers, which is registered by the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers for professional practice in all parts of the Federation of Nigeria. The firm is also duly recognized/registered to handle Estate Management functions/duties by the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) with registration number A2545, which is enabled by the Federal Government under the auspices of Decree No 24 of 1975, to regulate the practice of Estate Surveying in Nigeria. We are also registered under the Companies Registration Act of Nigeria as attested to by our Registration Certificate No 2207497 of May, 2012.
We equally registered with Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria with Registration number FRC/2015/NIESV/00000011051.
The firm is yearly insured by a reputable insurance company under professional indemnity and was done with SUNU ASSURANCES NIGERIA PLC which spans January 8, 2020 to January 7, 2021.
We are real Estate Consultants to a number of Government Agencies, Parastatals, Commercial Banks, Insurance companies, Multi-national holdings and a host of private concerns with substantial investment holdings/portfolios. We have been in full corporate professional practice since September 1, 2013 and we feel delighted to state with every sense of responsibility, that ours has been a dedicated team with steady and progressive growth.
We are earnestly further exploring all available potentials and resources supported with state-of-the-art technology to sustain our hard-earned professional integrity.
