Gbagada Phase 1 and 2 is known to be a choice location on the Lagos Mainland. Mainly a residential environment, Gbagada Phase 1 and 2 can be found along the Gbagada-Oworonshoki Expressway and their residents enjoy quick accessibility due to its proximity to the expressways. The two phases are opposite UPS/Millennium in Gbagada.

The people seen in this area vary from middle to high-class residents and business owners as well as office workers. Both Gbagada Phase 1 & 2 are highly residential although in recent times, lots of commercial and business activities take place here. The two entrances leading to Gbagada Phase 2 are gated however, security checks are not carried on before non-residents are allowed into the neighbourhood, howbeit, Gbagada Phase 1 is not a gated resident.
