Liverpool Road is a major exit point in Apapa and has commercial businesses like banks and malls. It is probably the busiest road in the GRA with properties that hold very high value. The new LSDPC building opened last year is located on Danfodio, off Liverpool Road.
Although the road is well paved and easily accessible, the traffic deadlock on Liverpool Road is a major problem but eases off eventually from 8 pm. The Liverpool bridge connects Apapa with Tin Can Island. The hospital that serves the residents of Liverpool is also the Lagoon Hospital.

Expect to see a mainly residential and developing area with a bit of serenity and quietness. Expect a bit of traffic gridlock in the area during rush hours which later ease off early in the night.
Liverpool has its own market packed with people from different parts of Lagos and even beyond. It is a market known for its fresh fish, smoked fish and crayfish sold by the locals. Right in front of the market by the riverbank, the boat operators beckon on passengers to patronise them.
Mr Biggs, Mario’s Pizza, Sphinx fast food, Ray’s Inn, Winchester Inn amongst others are what Liverpool offers for fun and recreation. The Apapa Amusement Park is also a go-to recreational facility for families in the area.
