Oregun located in Ikeja, shares boundary with Ojota, Allen Avenue, and Alausa. The major road that runs through the neighbourhood of Oregun is the Kudirat Abiola Way which is lined with major bus stops such as Olusosun, NNPC, Oregun market, Clay and Ojota among others.

Oregun is more of an industrial and commercial area with a few residential estates like; Alfred Gardens Estate just after the First Bank bus stop and before the GT Bank, Peace Estate by Clay bus stop, Howson Wright Estate by Olusosun bus stop, Juli Estate by Clay bus stop and on the road beside Christ Embassy and Cornerstone Estate by Alausa bus stop.
