UPS/Millennium is strictly an industrial area. This small area is located along Gbagada-Oworonshoki Expressway. Churches in the area include; Redeemed Christian Church of God, Christ Church, Christ Baptist Church. Opposite this location lies the Gbagada Phase 1 and 2 axis.
A lot of industrial and office workers can be found in UPS/Millennium as it is an industrial area. However, there are a few residential buildings in the estate. Oke-Alo is a popular area within the estate.
Living here comes with easy connectivity to different parts of Lagos, good road networks as well as security. UPS/Millennium is a serene and tranquil environment. Due to the official/industrial nature of this area, there are close to zero social activities here. On Sundays, the area experiences a bit of traffic because of the churches found in the neighbourhood.
There is no central market here but roadside shops can be seen in the neighbourhood. The residents of UPS/Millennium area usually patronise the Gbagada Market.
Anuoluwa Bakery and some fast food joints like KFC, Bukka hut (found opposite UPS/Millennium, specifically in Gbagada Phase 1 and 2) are the fun and recreational spots in UPS/Millennium.
