Located in the northwestern region of Phase 1 area, Wuse is the home of commerce and business of all forms. Some notable places in Wuse include; Ministry of Foreign Affairs Headquarters (Zone 3), Sheraton Hotel and Towers (Zone 4), NAFDAC (Zone 3), FRSC, Wuse Market, Nigerian Customs Service Headquarters, Rockview Hotel amongst other places. It is worthy to note that just as Garki District has Garki II, Wuse has Wuse II. This is distinct from Wuse Zone 2. Being a commercial district, there aren’t many residential estates in Wuse. Most of the real estate in Wuse has to do with offices, residential buildings and land. 

Wuse District Hospital located in Zone 3, is the popular health facility around this area. Popular Schools in this area include; Nigerian Turkish International School, Raberto Schools, the Bees Knees School amongst others. Fun spots in Wuse includes; Rockview Hotel Royale, Grand Ibro Hotel, 1st Forty Hotel, A.J.’s Pizza and Habit Bar And Grill among others.  All Saints Anglican Church, Wuse Market Mosque, Redeemed Christian Church of God, Masjid Ibn Taymiyyah, Christ Embassy and Foursquare to mention a few, are the worship centres present in Wuse District.

Most properties in Wuse are very expensive. You can get a mini flat for as low an estimate as ₦700,000. For offices, you can pay close to ₦4 million per annum depending on the amount the seller is requesting.  Just be sure to have at least ₦4 million if you want to rent a house here.

However, the cost of goods here is higher when compared to other markets such as Utako and Garki Market in Abuja.
