Odigbo is a Local Government Area (LGA) in Ondo State, Nigeria. It is located in the southwestern part of the state and shares borders with neighboring Ogun State to the south and Edo State to the west. The LGA is also home to the Federal University of Technology, Akure’s School of Environmental Technology, which is located in the town of Igbotako.

The rental market in Odigbo is relatively affordable compared to larger cities in Nigeria. The cost of rent varies depending on the location, size, and condition of the property.

In the town of Ore, which is the commercial hub of the LGA, there are many rental properties available, including apartments, flats, and bungalows. The cost of rent for a one-bedroom apartment in Ore ranges from about ₦50,000 to ₦100,000 per year, while a two-bedroom apartment can cost between ₦80,000 to ₦150,000 per year.

Outside of Ore, in the more rural areas of the LGA, rental properties are generally less expensive. A one-bedroom apartment in a rural area may cost between ₦30,000 to ₦50,000 per year, while a two-bedroom apartment may cost between ₦50,000 to ₦80,000 per year.
