The initial deposit for becoming an owner of a Terrace at Sterling Luxury Estate is N5, - show phone - (five million naira only) while the remaining payments are spread to 12 months installment of 20%, 30%, 30%, and 20% respectively (three months in between each installment) to a total of 50, - show phone - (Fifty Million Naira Only).

Mortgage Payment:
Our mortgage payment plans/facility ranges from 5 – 10 years installment with the initial deposit of 30% of the total cost of the Terrace while 70% will be paid by the mortgage bank. However, interest rate is applied.
