Serendipity House offers two state-of-the-art training rooms at Lekki, namely; MAHOGANY and EBONY.
MAHOGANY
Capacity: 30-60 participants | N130, 000
EBONY
Capacity: 30 participants | N70, 000.

Our training rooms are adaptable to the U-shape, Theatre, Classroom, and Boardroom style arrangement to suit your requirements. All our training rooms are ensuite with a complimentary projector, flipchart, sound system, and generator service.
CATERING:
We provide catering services of delectable treats and meals for your palate and satisfaction. Our menu is available on request for your perusal.

STATIONARY SHOP:
A pop up stationary shop is available for our clients who need to purchase stationeries such as binders, pens, notepads, envelopes, etc., without having to leave the building. We also provide photocopying, printing and binding services.

GENERATOR:
A standby 25KVA generator is available from 8am-5pm to ensure your training session runs seamlessly with any power interruptions.
We would be glad to provide a 5% commission on the cost of the training room your clientele hire. We look forward to a sustained business relationship with you.
