1. How am I sure my investment is safe if I buy into this estate?
This land is beyond the regular chaos of Sabon Lugbe. It has been captured under the FCDA Phase V scheme which can be verified at the Urban and Regional Planning, AMAC and ACTRISS. We have gone extra miles to ensure that the Palm Springs Residence is free from all legal and caveats, communal and environmental encumbrances. 2. Are there other charges associated with the land?

Yes. An intending buyer will pay 5% of the total cost of land as survey and legal fees. Subscribers will also pay a onetime fee for construction development which will cover setting out, excavation and supervision.

3. What kind of Infrastructure will Worthe Sovrano provide?
Worthe Sovrano will provide perimeter fencing, interlocked roads, security post and other infrastructures like; electricity, recreation center, drainage, street lights which will be completed with infrastructural fees to be paid by all subscribers. This can be spread as development is going on.

4. Is there any restriction to the type of building I can build?
Yes. You are to build in conformity with the estate prototype. We have pocket friendly and beautiful designs for duplexes and pent house bungalows

5. If I decide to stop payments after subscribing, can I get my money back?
Yes. Your investment shall be fully refunded within a reasonable period upon request less our administrative charges.

6. What kind of title do I get?
A detailed Survey plan scheduled with a Deed of Assignment. These documents with the FCDA approval shall be used to process individual CofO for the subscribed plot.

7. Can I pay In Installment?

Yes. Monthly payment of N100,000 for 12 months is allowed
