Army Post Services Housing Estate, Kurudu is developed by Nigerian Army Properties Ltd, a creation of the Nigerian Army. The Estate is an innovation of the ever dynamic Nigerian Military to provide cheap housing solutions for her personnel and the general public. The Army Estate at Kurudu is developed in phases. Phase I and II are already fully developed and occupied, but you can still get empty lands here and there. Other phases such as phases III & IV are still being developed. The estates accommodate both military personnel, Para military personnel and civilians. You can build bungalow, duplex and block of flats at the estates.

Major great benefits of buying estate lands at Army Estate includes, genuineness of the plots as there is no issue of whether the lands will be revoked or not. The Army being a disciplined organization offers genuine property to her clients.
