Parkview Estate, Ikoyi, Lagos
Parkview Estate is located at Ikoyi as well. It is just before Banana Island and is owned by a royal family in Lagos. The estate has a lot of vacant land for sale as there are not too many houses built in it as in Banana Island. On entering the estate, you find rules guiding the residence in the estate. A Nollywood star actress, Genevieve Nnaji, is said to have acquired a property in the estate.

Chevy View Estate, Chevron Drive, Lagos
Chevy view estate is located along chevron drive, off the 7th roundabout (chevron roundabout) of the Lekki – Epe expressway, and directly opposite the head office of Chevron Nigeria Limited. It is arguably a 30 minutes drive to Victoria Island during rush hour traffic (when using the shortcut route inside the estate) and 10 minutes without traffic (typically during weekends).

The estate isn’t exclusively residential as there are a number of businesses located within it, ranging from schools and hotels to offices for various companies. Non-residents can enter the estate freely, although there are sometimes searches on cars entering and leaving the estate.
Most of the residential buildings in the estate are duplexes (semi & fully detached; terraces) and most of the residents are upper-class high income earning families. Many of the buildings were built by estate developers who buy lands, build and sell off. Property appreciation within the estate is high because of its location, the environment, and much-reduced traffic duration when compared to places further down towards Ajah. The estate is quite similar to Ikota villa estate but is more expensive.
Lekki Gardens Estate
Lekki gardens estate (phase 2 & 4) is located along Lekki – Epe Expressway, after Ajah roundabout, and a short distance from Abraham Adesanya roundabout. They are an estimated 2-hour drive (during rush hours) to/from Victoria island.
Entry into this estate is restricted to residents alone, and non-residents have to call their host before being allowed entry. It also has a central management authority that handles the cleaning and maintenance of the environment, waste management, and ensures the uninterrupted availability of portable water and electricity (4 pm – 9 am).
