Founding story

Founded in 2012 by four entrepreneurs - Fikayo Ogundipe, Oladapo Eludire, Balogun Sulaiman, and Ayeni Seyi - PropertyPro has distinguished itself with its user-friendly design. The platform offers innovative features like comprehensive price analysis data, robust home financing options, and intelligent filters, providing home buyers and renters with access to the best market choices from their smartphones.

CBO & Co-Founder

CTO & Co-Founder

Omolara Okonyia

Head, Human Resources

Omolara has a wealth of work experience in Human Resources and Office Administration. Omolara began her career in 2009 as an Office Administrator during her NYSC service year in Osun state. In 2011, she moved to Zmodem Solutions Limited as an HR/Admin Assistant where she managed employee relations cases, updated admin records and managed business relationships between Zmodem and their clients. In 2015, she moved to Wemy Industries Limited as a Human Resource Officer. Finally, in 2017, she became the Head of Human Resources Operations at PropertyPro Africa where she is responsible for human capital management of the organization, as well as developing, implementing, and coordinating policies and programs. Omolara Okonyia holds a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance from Covenant University and an MBA from Nexford University.
