WHO WE ARE
ADEQUATEASSOCIATE established after having a home extension built on my own property several years back. This was where I realised there was a gap in the market in terms of building management.
There were several key aspects missing, including lack of structure in terms of the work being carried out on my property, a distinct lack of communication and poor timekeeping. I, therefore decided something had to change and inspired me to take a stand and reshape the industry.
Having studied Surveyors, Environmental Science Degree at university, I then went on to work as a property surveyor for a large Nigeria estate agency, which is where I truly discovered my passion for the construction industry. Whilst there, I soon realised that several key aspects were missing from the industry I had grown to love.

What started off as a small hobby has quickly grown to become my absolute passion. Builders often have an unfriendly label attached to them and it was my goal to try to break this stigma, by creating an honest communicational structure within the workplace – one that is transparent from start to finish and includes the customer during every step of the process.

Throughout every project, our complete focus is on design, service and execution. We have a dedicated team of specialists for every project, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and fits a timescale within budget, without compromising quality.
