Beechwood Estate is one of the many estates in Lekki and its environs. It is not surprising considering the status in which Lekki has attained over the years. This mean, you can actually get ready-made homes in the estate or buy plots of land to build a home to your taste. The land size in the area is between the 450 – 900 square meters per plots. For an estate of this caliber, it also doesn’t fall short of infrastructures and amenities.

You can also get to Adiva Plainfields Estate through Beechwood Estate. Part of the amenities in the estate is an artificial lakefront and park. Some of the structures in the estate are either semi-detached or detached. It is important to note that most of the houses are sold as ‘shells’; it allows the buyer to furnish the houses to their taste.

Townville Estate

Townsville Estate is situated in the Lagos New Town Area of Lakowe, Ibeju Lekki. It is managed by the same property managers of the Beechwood Estate and Adiva Plainfields Estate. The estate is designed to cater for both residential and commercial purposes.

Townsville Estate is also a gated estate with close proximity to Beechwood Estate and Adiva Plainfields. Fara Park Estate

Fara Park Estate is situated in Sangotedo, Lekki/Epe Expressway. It is built on 15 hectares of land with about 300 homes. The estate is just about 37 kilometers from Victoria Island. As expected, the properties in this part of Lekki do not come cheap. It is set aside to cater for those who can afford the luxurious lifestyle.

Fara Park Estate is a well-planned community with an excellent road network. It also provides a number of infrastructures that make it one of the best places to live. The roads in the area are tarred couple with good drainage systems, green area and street lights and recreational facilities like swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court etc.

Mayfair Gardens Estate

Mayfair Gardens Estate is located around the Awoyaya area of Ibeju-Lekki, along the Lekki-Expressway. The estate is about 25 minutes drive to Ajah roundabout and also close to Greensprings School. Located along the expressway, with a gated entrance, entry is restricted to only residents of the estates except after which visitors have been cleared.

Mayfair Gardens Estate is, however, developed by HFP Engineering unlike the aforementioned. Similar to most of the estates in Lekki, the area can boast of good roads, constant water supply, good roads, round the clock security, relaxation and recreational spots etc.

There are quite a number of lands for sale in Mayfair Gardens. This is due to the increasing number of demands for properties and people making it their choice destination for places to live. Houses within the estate vary because individuals are allowed to buy and build the houses to taste. How To Get Around Beechwood Estate

It is no longer news that Lagos is synonymous to traffic jam. It is arguably the busiest state in the country. Though, it is due to her population that keeps increasing by the day. Then there is the Lagos noise that has become a norm. However, while the ‘noise’ is accustomed to the Lagos Mainland, the traffic jam is one thing every Lagosian faces.

Residents of Beechwood estate are not left out as it is situated along the Lekki-Epe expressway. This is because you need to follow the express in order to get to Victoria Island. An occurrence that might be frequent for those who work in the area.

There is a considerable amount of traffic jam from Beechwood Estate to Victoria Island during peak hours. The peak hours are between the early hours of the day (6 am to 8 am) and in the evenings. Therefore, it might take about 1 hour 30 minutes or more in order to get to your destination. The journey is, however, about 40 minutes given there is no traffic jam.

However, there are quite a number of places to shop that are in close proximity to the estate. Some of them include Bogije Shopping Complex, Akord Shopping Mall, Iya Miracle Shop, Demex Mart Lakowe, Igbojia Ibeju Lekki, Prestige Plaza, T&T Stores, Karakata etc.
