Event Center (with Governor Consent)

The event centre has a fully air-conditioned multipurpose hall, contains over 500 guests (banquet) and 700 guests for conference sitting arrangement with a car park for over 70 cars within the facility. The event center power supply is boosted with two generator sets (60kv and 200kv) The event center sits on an acre of land,and provides the following; - Gym with physiotherapist - Pool side (contains over 50 guests) - Games arena - Exclusive bar and lounge - Recreational center and picnic area for families,schools, churches. - Children play ground with multipurpose bouncy castle,merry go round etc. Customer base includes: * Nestle foods * D-united food( Indomie noodles) * Alimosho local government * Lagos State University * Over 50 registered functional club members * There is also a 2 ,80 seater cinema hall. * Religious groups. Areas of the development : There is potential for a guest house, hotel development and night club within the event center premises.
