Below is a description of one of such assets.

The plots are located at Jiwako, Karu L.G.A, just after Asokoro District, behind Abacha Barracks and about 6km from Aso Rock. It is an undeveloped site mapped out to situate an estate. The total land area for the proposed estate covers 36.60 hectares, but only 9 plots are up for sale at the moment. No development levy as at present.

The owner (BENJADEN NIG. LTD.) is selling these 9 plots to finance the opening of access roads to the area. It is the intention of the seller to double the selling price after opening up the roads, and at which point any buyer will be required to pay a development levy.

From our assessment, we forecast that prices of plots there will rise by 500% in a year time and sell close to 20million Naira in 3years.

This is due to the proximity of the area to Asokoro district and the fact that the seller is currently negotiating with a Chinese real estate company to commence development of the site.
