Q.5 What other payments will I make aside cost of land?

Additional payment shall be developmental levy and documentation fee only.

Documentation fee covers Deed of Assignment and Individual Survey and costs N500,000.00 per 600sqm.

Developmental levy covers the basic infrastructure of the estate and costs N700,000.00 for 300sqm & N1,000,000.00 for 600sqm respectively. This is however, subject to upward review by the government and professional bodies involved.

Q.6 Is there any time limit to commence development on my land after allocation?

Yes, Upon receiving an actual physical allocation of your individual plot, you are to commence development within 60days.

Q.7 What level of development is expected after allocation?
