OLUMIDE OSONAIKE & ASSOCIATES is an Indigenous firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers registered in Nigeria as a business concern and recognized by the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON), to practice the profession of Estate Surveying and Valuation throughout the Federation.

The firm has its Head office in Lekki phase 1 Lagos, branches in ikeja mainland Lagos and liaison offices in Port Harcourt, Abuja and Kano.

We specialize in all aspects of the estate surveying and valuation profession and our knowledge of the “local’’ property market stands us in good stead to meet and exceed our client’s expectations.
