OO&C was established under the Laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria in August, 1983 and commenced business in January 1984. The company has been in continuous practice of the Estate Surveying profession throughout Nigeria by virtue of the qualification of its Managing and Associate partners who are associate members of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (N.I.E.S.V), and well recognized in the practice of Real Estate profession by being registered by the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).
