Ozumba Mbadiwe is one of the most popular neighbourhood in Victoria Island. The area is a commercial hub that has risen to prominence due to the presence of the Nigerian Law School (Lagos) located there. The neighbourhood is in close proximity with Adeola Odeku, Kofo Abayomi and Akin Adesola. The road network is motorable but there tends to be traffic during rush hours.

During the morning hours and in the early hours of the evening, the traffic noise can be disturbing for those who have their offices very close to the road.
