Ika North-East is a Local Government Area of Delta State, Nigeria. Its headquarters are in the town of Owa Oyibu. It has an area of 463 km2 and a population of 183,657 at the 2006 census.

The postal code of the area is 321.The major towns in the LGA are Owa Oyibu, Boji-Boji Owa, Umunede, Ute-Okpu, Igbodo, Igbide, and Mbiri.

The economy of the LGA is based on agriculture, with the major crops being cassava, yam, plantain, and palm oil. There is also some small-scale industry, including the production of bricks, tiles, and furniture.

The LGA is served by a network of roads, including the Benin-Asaba Expressway and the Asaba-Onitsha Expressway.

There are also a number of primary schools, secondary schools, and tertiary institutions in the LGA. The main health facilities in the LGA are the General Hospital in Owa Oyibu and the Primary Health Care Centers in the major towns.

The LGA is divided into 14 wards, each of which is represented by a councillor in the Ika North-East Local Government Council. The current chairman of the council is Hon. Victor Ebonka.
