Ohafia Local Government Area (LGA) is one of the 17 LGAs in Abia State, Nigeria. It is located in the southeastern part of the state and shares borders with several other LGAs, including Arochukwu, Bende, Ikwuano, and Isuikwuato. The administrative headquarters of Ohafia LGA is located in the town of Ebem Ohafia. Ohafia LGA is predominantly inhabited by the Igbo ethnic group, and the people predominantly speak the Igbo language.
