Phase 2 is one of the developed axes in the city of Abuja hosting sixteen districts. They include Durumi, Gwarinpa, Wuye, Gaduwa, Jabi, Kado, Utako, etc. Most of the districts in this area are developed while a few others are still lagging behind.

Although all the districts in Phase 2 are not as developed as those in Phase 1, this area is still a great place to live. The major roads in this some parts of this area are in good conditions. Electricity is quite stable and so is the availability of water, although most have to pay for water.
