Pipeline is an area in the Idimu part of Lagos state under the Idimu local council development area in Alimosho local government. It is bordered by Isheri to the North and Ejigbo to the south. Pipeline is in close proximity to Egbeda and it was originally populated by the Awori's and now populated by people from different parts of Nigeria and the world.

Some popular landmarks in Pipeline area include Ramoni Owoyemi street, Olatunji Ogunsanwo, and also the Idimu-Ejigbo road. The road network is not as good as Egbeda but both communities have similarities. The community is characterised by low and middle-income earner cutting across different tribes of the country.
