*(4) Caution deposit: Non- refundable, used to renovate the apartment uponyr departure ( we also remote before move in.....Paint, Fumigate, Industrial cleaning & change of toilet fittings, but not W.C.);

*(5) Legal fee for your Agreement....5% of Rent;

( *6) Agency Fees. 10% of Rent. We would ask for a Manager's Cheque in favor of the Agent, given to us, before we can validate the Agreement.

Each Tenant has an assigned Metre.... recharge as you use....most Tenant outflow averages N15K per month.
